This wonderful contemporary house was designed to maximize natural light throughout the day & evening. It is evident that a considerable amount of thought has gone into every stage of the project.

With the main areas been positioned to maximize their exposure to the sun throughout the year while complying with Monaghan County Councils Rural House Design Guide.

With the modern elements of this house been showcased strongest with the barrel vault and arched roof between living areas. The elegant craftsmanship of this sculpted piece evokes the feeling of space.

The end result is a bright, spacious and practical home.
